I've been going to A New Dawn for about 2 months now, and I can honestly say, I'm so happy I found this place! The staff are so welcoming and authentic, and really put you at ease. They really listened to me and answered all of the questions I had. At no point have I ever felt uncomfortable - the complete opposite, actually. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated and refreshed after every session! I have received red light therapy in various forms to date: the pod, laser-focused treatment, and the helmet. All of them have benefited me in different ways. I suffer from multiple health issues, one being chronic pain. The pod has helped with my overall pain, and the focused laser treatment has helped with the more damaged areas (knees, hips). I definitely recommend trying it out. I found out about A New Dawn from a friend of mine, and we went to the open house together. I bought an introductory 3 pack, just to see what might be possible regarding healing chronic back pain from sitting all day. From the beginning Tim was warm and engaging, and listened closely to my experience. I ended up using 12 sessions, approximately once per week (which is more of a maintenance regimen, not treatment per se). About 8 sessions in, I noticed I no longer had chronic pain! It's been just over a month now since my last treatment and I am pleased to say that I remain pain free. Because my career involves sitting essentially all day Tim suggested some stretches as well, and this seems to be enough to maintain my back health. Thank you Tim! A New Dawn Red Light Therapy is life changing! I was skeptical at first. I didn't know anything about Red Light Therapy, but after a 2019 car accident left me with a life long spinal injury and almost daily migraines I was looking for pain relief that didn't come in a bottle. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. The Therapy office is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. I didn't expect immediate results. After my first visit, I felt really good. Like my body was just in less pain than usual. I didn't realize how much pain was holding me back, until after a couple sessions when I realized I was doing a lot more physically around the house. I also started being more physically active... because my body doesn't hurt to move. Even my chiropractor noticed and said "hey your spine seems way less sensitive". The more I can move, the more I WANT to move. The red light therapy seems to take my spinal pain and issues down to manageable levels. Since starting Red Light Therapy about 6 weeks ago, I am doing so much better and I've lost weight just from being able to move without wincing in pain! The best benefit though I have saved till last! That is how amazing Red Light Therapy has been for my chronic migraines. It took a couple weeks before I noticed a difference, but it's truly amazing the pain reduction I am experiencing! Today I went in for a treatment session with a migraine at about 8/10 on the pain scale. That was after rescue meds and mild pain relievers. 20 min with the helmut and visor and I walked out with my pain at a 4/10. The Red Light Therapy didn't take away the migraine but it turned the volume on the migraine way way down. I can function at a 4! If you are experiencing chronic pain, done the pain clinics, physio, chiro and massage like I have and still deal with daily pain... I can't recommend highly enough not only trying Red Light Therapy, but doing so with Tim at A New Dawn Red Light Therapy. I will admit , I was a huge skeptic that red light therapy would work for my neck issues. I have had chronic neck and shoulder issues for at least the last 30 years, with a neck surgery thrown in for good measure. I have done every type of therapy to help relieve some of my pain , all worked to some degree, but I wanted to investigate Red Light therapy and see if that would give me any relief. I bought the 12 session package and Tim got right to work wanting to find me some relief. I was losing hope till about the 5th or 6th session when I started to feel more energy, less pain and more movement of my neck. Tim is knowledgeable and friendly, and is very encouraging with your healing.
